How do I save a PDF vet's report attached to an email?

Load the email on your iPad or iPhone. Tap and hold the attachment, then select 'Save to Files' and select a place to save it on your iPad. Now go to the vet records for the horse, select or create a record for the issue and create a note summarising what the investigation was about. Save the record then tap and hold the note. Tap the menu option 'Add Attachment' and select 'File Library' as the source. Select the file you previously saved and it will be uploaded to cloud storage, visible to members of your stables who have the rights to view vet records.
