Notifications
I have set up notifications but I am not receiving any emails.
Check the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Notification emails are sent from notifications@stables.cloud — add this address to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure they reach your inbox.
- Confirm your email address. Notifications are sent to the email address registered with your account. You can view and update this in your account settings.
- Nothing to report. If there is nothing in the diary for the day, or no treatments are due, the notification will not be sent for that day.
- Check your settings. Make sure the notification type is switched on, at least one day of the week is selected, and the scheduled send time has passed for today.
