Notifications


Notifications are sent by email to your registered email address. You can configure which notifications you receive, the time of day, and which days of the week.

There are three types of notification:

  • Today's diary. Sent in the morning, summarising what is in the diary for today — visits, shows, jobs, and stable notes. You can optionally include a summary of any treatments or memberships that need attention.
  • Tomorrow's diary. Sent in the evening, summarising what is in the diary for tomorrow.
  • Treatment reminders. A summary of treatments, memberships and vehicle reminders which are imminent or overdue. Typically set to run once a week by selecting a single day.

For each notification type you can set the approximate time of day it should be sent and choose which days of the week it is active.

If there is nothing to report in a category on a given day, the notification will not be sent.

Notifications are sent to the email address registered with your account. You can update your email address in your account settings.
