How do I find when the next vaccines, worming doses are due?

On the homepage you may see red or amber badges on the Vaccines and Worming icons. If you do and you tap on the icon, you will see a list of overdue and imminent vaccines/worming doses.

If none are imminent or overdue, or you just want to see a complete list, tap on the Horses icon to display a list of your horses, then tap the filter icon at the bottom of the screen.

You will see a vaccines and worming tab. When that is selected the horse list will be re-ordered with the most imminent dates at the top.

How do I set up imminent/overdue alerts?

You do this in two places:

To set the required interval between doses or visits for a horse, go to the horse's home screen then tap on the record type (e.g. Vaccines/Farrier etc). Tap on the clock icon and select the time between treatments/visits. Don't forget to tap on 'Save'. (NB. For Vaccines that time period can be set separately for each type of vaccine). If you select zero, alerting will be switched off for that record type and horse.

To set how far in front of the due date you should be alerted, go to Stables->Preferences and select a number of days for that category. NB. If you select zero, it disables alerting for all horses in that category and a red dot will appear next to the relevant icon on the home screen.

We have to re-start flu vaccines for a horse, so how do we set up alerting in the app?

Select the required interval to the next dose in the normal way e.g. 1 month. When that dose has been administered, reset the interval again until you are back to a normal cycle.
