The diary is often the focal point of a daily routine. The diary screen on the app, displays a month view containing icons showing events for a particular day.

You can scroll backwards through the months by swiping left or right. Alternatively you can tap on the arrows on the bar at the top of the screen. To go to back to the entries for today, tap 'today' on the top bar.

The box at the bottom left of the screen will list any Jobs (Reminders), Visits by professionals or Shows for the selected day. The Notes box on the right, lists any notes made about that day.

Diary Notes

Managers and the Administrator can add Diary notes by tapping on the central icon on the tool bar at the bottom of the screen or the Notes window itself. Other user can to do so as well, if the Administrator or Manager goes to Stables->Users and enables 'Add Diary Notes' for that user.

This feature is used to leave a note in the diary for events you want people to be reminded of on one or several days.

A note could for example be about medication or turn out instructions for a particular horse, or the days when a particular person is on holiday.
