On this screen you can control the data that users can view and change in your Stables. Only Administrators and Managers can access this screen.

To change any of these settings tap on the 'Edit' button when a user is selected, edit the settings then tap 'Save'.

Administrators and Managers

There can only be one Administrator for the Stables. That is the person who set up the Stables and have ultimate control. (In exceptional circumstances, the Administrator can be changed by contacting Support)..

The Administrator can assign a User as a 'Manager'. A manager can do anything within the App except appoint or remove other users as 'Managers'. They therefore have full Permission to view and edit records.

NB Only Administrators and Managers can Add/Remove/Edit Horses and View/Edit Stables options.

Riders

You can flag a user as a 'rider'. This means that he/she will be offered as an option when you enter a horse/rider combination in a class within the Show Plan module.

Permissions

All users can view records, except vet notes for horses. Vet notes potentially contain information which some owners may consider as sensitive. The Administrator and Manager(s) can add, view or edit vet notes, but for other users, that permission has to be explicitly set.
