Lists

Ride Lists are used in professional stables to organise exercise routines during a day. We have called this part of the app 'Lists' as there are several other 'Activities' rather than just riding. These include lunging, hand walking, horse walker etc..

Lists are also intended to help other people on the yard to plan around the activities, such as turnout or times to muck out particular stables.

In this section of the app, you can:

  • Select a rider or groom,
  • Select the day you are composing a list for,
  • Allocate 'Activities' to that rider or groom,
  • Select the horses that should engage in that 'Activity' e.g. ridden or lunged.

Depending upon how structured you want your lists to be, you can divide the day into 'Times of Day', e.g. Morning and Afternoon or just have one list for the whole day for each rider/groom.

For more information on how to prepare lists tap on 'symbols help'.

The manager of each list can add a note for each horse to tell the rider what they should be working on.

Additionally if the rider/groom is the Adminsistrator or Manager (or the Manager has enabled the permission in Users->Settings), they can add their own notes about the Activity after it has been completed.

A history of each Activity and any notes are saved under each horse's record. You can access it via the 'Exercise' icon on each horse's Home Screen.

You can edit your own Activities or even Times of Day by selecting those icons in the Stables settings accessible from the home page.

 Combined Lists

Combined Lists are a 'Pro' feature which allows you to view and share a list of all riders, handlers and horses for a selected day.
