Livery

Managers and Administrators can transfer a horse to another stables on livery if the 'target' stables are also running the Stable Manager app.

When a horse has been transferred on livery, the livery yard can manage the horse in their Stable Manager app like any other horse. The owner of the horse can however disallow access by the livery yard to vet, physio and general records. They can also withdraw the horse at any time.

The horse's details can still also be viewed and modified within the Stable Manager app belonging to it's 'home' stables.

The owner of the horse

To place a horse on livery, go to the Horse's Home Screen, tap on 'Livery' and follow the instructions to issue an 'invitation code' to give to the livery yard. You can then use the same screen to cancel an invitation code, remove the horse from livery and provide or deny access to the horse's vet records.

The manager of the livery yard

To receive a horse on livery, go to the Stables Screen, tap on 'Livery Code' and enter the 'invitation code' you were given by the owner.

You will then be able to access and modify the records for this horse. The owner can however deny access to vet, physio and general records. If you believe you should have access, please contact the owner and ask them to lift the restriction.

To remove a livery horse from you stables, go to the horse's home page and tap on Livery. You can then tap on an option to remove the horse.
