To join stables, the administrator or a manager of the stables provides a prospective user with an 'Invitation Code'. They can do that by emailing, texting or just telling them the code which is a short sequence of characters and numbers, unique to the user and those stables. That code can only be used once.

The new user then logs in to the app armed with the 'Invitation Code', and either taps on the 'Join Stables' button (displayed to new App users) or on the User icon at the top right of the screen, then taps the 'Invitation?' icon on that screen. The 'Invitation Code' should then be entered on that screen and submitted via the button.

Once the user has succesfully submitted the Invitation Code they will either log in to the stables automatically, or, if they are already a member of other stables, they can change stables by using the icon at the top left of the home screen.

NB. Unless a Manager or the Administrator has already edited that user's permissions, the default situation will be that a new user can only view limited information about the Stables and horses. They will not be able to view vet records for horses or enter information or appointments.

To give them more access, a Manager or the Administrator should go to the 'Users' screen, select the user from the list and tap on edit.
