Here are a few basics to remember when you use the Stable Manager App.

You only need one user login for Multiple Stables

You only have to set up one login for the App. You can use that account to access as many Stables as you need to. Other members of any Stables you join will only see your name and not any of your login or personal details.

The records are kept on servers rather than your device

The Data is held securely on servers in the 'Cloud' rather than on your iPhone or iPad. That means you can view and edit your records on any device when you log in to your account.

It also means that when a record is updated, that information is synchronised with Stable Manager on ALL your devices and those of ALL the users you have granted 'permission' to see it.

Invite Users to your Stables

You can Invite Users to access your Stables. Users can be members of your family, grooms and riders. You can set individual 'permissions', to control what each user can edit and in the case of vet records, what they can see.

The Administrator

There is only one administrator of a Stables. It is usually the person who created the Stables. That person controls who the other users are and what they can do and see.
