These screens allow you to enter regular jobs which need to be done around the yard. The jobs will be added to the diary on the days you have specified they should be done. If there are jobs to be done on the current day, a reminder badge will also appear next to today's date on the home screen.

When you enter this screen, you will see a summary of reminders for this week and next week.

Managers and the Administrator can edit and add reminders. If you want other users to be able to do so as well, go to Stables->Users and enable 'Add Diary Notes & Reminders' for that user.

To edit and add reminders, tap on 'Edit' on the top right of the screen. You will then be able to scroll through the reminders already set up.

To add a new reminder, tap the '+' icon to enter a new reminder and enter a name for the reminder together (optionally) with a note giving more detail.

You can then select when you want the job to be done...

Weekly

If you choose the Weekly option, you can choose the day or days of the week you would like the job done.

If the task is a seasonal one, perhaps related to the pastures, for example cleaning water troughs, you can select which months of the year you would like the job done. If it should be done every month, turn that switch on. If you turn the switch off you can then select the months you would like a particular job done.

Monthly

This allows you to enter jobs which should be done on a monthly basis. If you select this option, you can specify jobs to be done, say, on the first Wednesday in the month. These may for example be regular maintenance type jobs.

If the task is a seasonal one, you can select which months of the year you would like the job done. If it should be done every month, turn that switch on. If you turn the switch off you can then select the months you would like a particular job done.
