Use this feature to leave a note in the diary for events you want people to be reminded of on one or several days.

A note could for example be about medication or turn out instructions for a particular horse, or the days which a particular person is on holiday.

To add a note, type it into the area at the bottom of the screen. If you want to display the note for several days, tap the down arrow and select the dates you want the note to be displayed.

Next to the date selection options, there is a switch which say 'Alert'. That is on by default. If it is on, a notification badge will be displayed beside the date on the homepage if that note applies to 'today'. If the note is for example the dates that someone in your stables is away on holiday, you may want to switch this off so that only important diary notifications are displayed.

Permissions

Managers and the Administrator can edit and add these notes. If you want other users to be able to do so as well, go to Stables->Users and enable 'Add Diary Notes & Reminders' for that user.

Administrators and Managers can also edit or delete notes by tapping on the note when it is displayed on this page.
